Raw Engineering CoronaVirus Update
Mar 12th 2020As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak has evolved, the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities remains our top priority. We know our customers around the world depend on Raw Engineering, and we take this responsibility seriously. In support of our customers, we want to keep you informed about our preparations and policies:
- Preparations & Planning
We are actively monitoring and assessing the guidance provided by agencies and local governmental authorities in the regions where we have employees or customers including the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
In addition to our standard Business Continuity Plan, we have created additional employee travel and communications policies specific to COVID-19 concerns. These policies are being reviewed regularly by the Senior Management team, or as necessitated by the evolving state of affairs. - Our Commitment to Customer Service
Our employees have access to remote internet connectivity. If the need arises to restrict travel to any of our offices, our plan is to continue providing service as seamlessly as possible. Communications should continue via Slack, email and the other platforms that you may be using. - Travel
Raw Engineering is limiting non-essential employee travel. Your project team will be in touch with you directly if this affects any planned activities / meetings. - Communications
We will communicate any updates to policies and services in a timely manner.
